Good progress is continuing to be made on the delivery of the project. Formwork is now being installed at level 1 and it is anticipated that concrete pouring will begin towards the end of the month.

Lily was walking past the site and had her mobile snatched from her hand. Lee responded to Lily’s calls and dynamically retrieved the mobile from the thief. George stayed with Lily until her bus arrived. Lee and George have been rewarded for incredible acts of bravery and kindness with gift vouchers.

Good progress is being made on the delivery of the art'otel project. The bulk dig was completed before Christmas. All of the basement foundations are now complete with the floors beginning construction. We expect over the next few months to be coming above the ground floor level.

Good progress is being made on the delivery of Art'otel Hoxton. In recent weeks, the temporary earth-retaining works has been completed, over 2000 cubic metres of clay has been removed and work has begun on installing the new temporary welfare grillage. Over the coming weeks and months, work will begin on completing the new 3 storey temporary welfare unit, constructing the foundation and drainage of the building and work will begin on constructing the buildings main core utilising the slip form method.

During the summer the piling, capping beam and top-down logistics slab were completed. Following this, the bulk dig commenced. A combination of good weather, less traffic and many local businesses working remotely because of COVID-19 has meant that good progress is being made on the project.

Due to the ongoing Corona Virus outbreak there will be no Neighbourhood Consultation meeting in April. We will let you know when we are able to facilitate the next meeting.
