Work continues on site and good progress has been made.
The Banksy “Rat” artwork has now been installed. There was a road closure of Rivington Street on 14 and 15 May to facilitate this.
In June 2022, the Banksy “TV” artwork is also scheduled for installation.
The interior fitting out has begun. Fixing the exterior cladding is scheduled to be finished by April 2023.
The target completion date for this project is the first quarter of 2024.
