The first of the two Banksy murals has been safely removed.
As part of the demolition of the site in Hoxton in preparation for the construction of the new hotel, the two Banksy murals will be carefully removed and preserved prior to re-erection. The first mural, showing a TV being thrown out of a window, was taken down last week. The giant rat mural remains for a little longer. See the ITV News story here.
