In March 2019, Hackney Council granted planning consent for the art’otel London. A 27-storey, 343 bedroom contemporary new hotel. In addition, the new hotel will offer a ground floor modern restaurant and bar, as well as a relaxing spa open to guests and the local public. There will also be a publicly accessible arts centre, which will include an art gallery, space for video artists and photographic studios. The hotel will also have a top floor executive lounge, a conference space on the 25th floor and a roof top gym. There will also be six floors of office space.
We will be engaging with local people throughout the construction process to make sure that everyone knows what's happening. We’re asking local stakeholders who want to learn more to get more involved in the plans:
